A feasibility study into a conference centre requires a thorough understanding of the business tourism market.  Tourism UK has prepared Business Tourism Strategies for three of the UKs Regional Development Agencies and as such has unrivalled knowledge in this area.  Our task in Norwich was to look at a number of proposed options and test these against the demands of the business tourism market. Testing the options requires consideration not only of the demand for facilities in that area but also of the appeal of the destination brand.  In the association conference market particularly the appeal of the destination brand is important in selecting a location for the conference.
